I'm kind of a techie nerd, what kind of server are you using? Are you running VMs? How often if ever do you conduct backups? As far as storage are you running NetApp or Dell. If you're running a FAS that's your #1 problem.

I'd love to come check out your setup one day or talk to whomever u have running it. 

Feel free to respond in a PM if you want. I am very curious though. It's my job to manage servers.
