hate to be that guy but it was more of watt tripping on remmers foot. still did admirable 1 on 1 against watt tho

That was flawless footwork, handwork, and body control by Trai Turner on that play. Textbook offensive lineman moves there. 

Footwork because although he gets pushed back initially, he manages to get his legs back in position to pivot forward. Handwork because although Watt gets lower initially, when Trai recovers from the initial push he gets his hands in great position by slapping the poo out of Watt which gets him in great position to use his body to take Watt out of the play. 

 

Yes Watt sort of tripped on Remmers, but even if Remmers wasn't there Turner took Watt out of the play, or at the bare minimum formed a flawless pocket for Cam to put some touch on that pass.

Turner and Norwell have done a lot to make our offensive line look serviceable.  Our interior line is above average, and they have also helped make the tackles look better.

Newton has been able to step into throws, and Newton actually looks poised in the pocket.

Just look at last night.  The Panthers certainly could use more weapons at receiver, but having great receivers means nothing if you don't have an offensive that can give you time to throw

it helped, but trai still had him beat with inside leverage. dude was going down either way, he just went down a little harder.
