The "Keep Pounding" chant in BofA yesterday

The fans were definitely into it. A lot more than the KEEEEEEEEEEEP POUNDING kickoff chant they're trying to create. The back and forth sounded great, though. Also I noticed it probably disrupted Houston's offensive huddle during a timeout, whereas normally we'd be complaining to the person next to us about the sun during that time.

I loved it.... Doing the wave at BOA is totally different thing

i actually thought of that when i saw this thread. I was right in front of Cam when he got the wave going at Fan Fest. i was literally on the second row in the lower bowl. we fans loved it. haha. he single-handedly got the whole place rockin'. our fanbase is young and excited. here's to hoping the team can give them sustained success to cement their loyalty and turn them from bandwagon jumpers into diehards.

I was very proud yelling at the TV, and hearing how loud Panther fans were yesterday.

i am surprised you could hear us on the TV. it was hot as hell yesterday and half the stadium was in the concourses after halftime. but its still encouraging. that means more people are getting involved. see above quote and response.

TAR!!!!!!---------HEELS!!!!!!!

KEEP!!!!---------POUNDING!!!!!

my life is complete

dont think UNC has that exclusively. USC does the same thing with Gamecocks. and ours is much more comical with half the stadium shouting for... well, there may be young eyes reading this haha.

Are you saying we are getting some culture and identity in BofA? We can't have that. Some people want to enjoy the game in quiet without a bunch of hootin and hollerin fans jumping around ruining a nice pleasant Sunday afternoon

Some hooligan going on about football or something another made me spill my wine! This disgrace must not continue!

That's awesome!  It's also kind of surreal to me because I was literally thinking right before the game we need to get the whole stadium to chant "Keep Pounding".  Sure enough, it debuts that very same game... lol guess some other peeps had the same thought.

I just hope instead of having a back and forth word-off from each side that the whole stadium should say both words in unison.  It'd be a lot louder that way.  Maybe get some rhythmic pounding on the seats to go along with the chant to really make some noise.

That is awesome, but I figure it nowhere near competes with the way the stadium was roaring when we beat the saints for the divisional lead in 2013.

Seriously, the stadium was visibly rattling.  I didn't know this fan base had it in them.

Section 535 row 5, seat 3 (I think, anyway. It was around in there). I will never forget. I hugged the obese stranger next to me and exchanged more high fives with people than I ever have ever. I literally thought I went deaf when the pass was actually caught. Like, it was such a surge of noise. If you weren't paying attention and just zoned out at the start of that play, you may have gotten elbowed in the face. People went absolutely nuts. An old couple near me, who were quietly watching the whole game, were getting into it. That's how insane it was. The stadium was moving though. I thought we were about to bring the stadium down. God I don't know that I'll ever have anything that tops that feeling for those 5 minutes or so.

And the rain - it was pouring and no one left their seats, no one. It just got louder and louder as it poured and poured.

And then Cam threw that pass and the BofA exploded. Seeing as many fans in Jax as I did this year was another something special. All of these small moments add up to life long fans and the arrival of a real, staying franchise. Keep it up!
