I'd be shocked if a WR with all of the cutting they need to do can come back to play the next game after a high ankle sprain. Funchess and Norwood will need to step up.

This might just help Funchess and Norwood. Cotchery has the unique ability to not do anything for 14 games out of the year.

Well that too, but I'd expect their snaps to go up significantly if Cothery can't go. We predominantly ran 2 TE's yesterday to help out with blocking Watt, but I don't think we will use it as much against the Saints.

Cotchery has played fairly well for us so far, but this might be a benefit for the new guys, as they will get more chances to show what they have got.

If Cotch is out, we'll probably call up Bersin is what I believe.  Maybe?  Only 4 WR's on the roster would not be a good look.

I don't think so, he had 13 snaps total I think.

Ouch, I had one of those last year, literally took about 9 months before I didn't notice atleast a dull pain  We need people to step up and fill this hole desperately.  I'd be interested if this is finally the thing that makes G-man get a receiver.

Webb counts as a 5th.  He's getting a lot of ST snaps, so I think he'll stay active for now.

he came back after being carted off and even got us a first down in the second quarter on a option run
