Clowney  is 6'6'. Watt is 6'5 and batting passes is kinda his thing.

He didnt miss that many throws. Sometimes the other team plays defense.

Are we really going to be the fan base that does this to our QB for every game?

There were more batted passes it seemed than in the last 5 or 6 games last year.  It was a problem and Cam called himself out for it, so its probably not a big deal if the fanbase does.

Newton definitely looked great yesterday against a stout defense.  He started slow in his first 2 drives, but then he began to read the defense very well.  I believe that our receivers will get better over the year which will make us a scary underdog for sure.

Cam is putting the team on his back, can't take anything away from him on that.  But, I have to add that his reading of defenses still needs a lot of work.  Just recalling the last few drives we had WR's wide open on opposite sides of the field from where Cam was throwing.  When I say open I mean no one within 20 yards of them.  He never even looked their way.

Scary thing to note: I still don't think Cam has hit his prime yet. Imagine when he does and Kelvin Benjamin comes back

That's my whole point. I don't know why people get all bent out of shape over a little criticism. I hope Cam agrees with me that he hasn't come close to playing up to his full potential yet.

agreed.  he got lucky and made some bad passes yesterday but every qb does that.  for the most part he completely took over and he was unstoppable at points
