Opening line for Panthers vs Saints right now is -3. I'm not a betting man, but if I was I would venture to guess that line is going to skyrocket with most of the betting public by tomorrow.

Thats basically a push for a 2-0 team vs an 0-2 team. Even if you don't like to gamble the chances of the Panthers at least winning by that small a margin against a bad team like New Orleans have got to be pretty high numerically.

Personally however, I see it as actually being a close division game against a desperate New Orleans teams that is already in Win Now Mode with only 2 weeks into the season. We can lock them in the cellar with a win though and it would feel good.

The only jump I'd see is a high volume of initial takers at 3 in fears that the line moves to 3.5.  Either way, this game will be a pick'em.

I'd take us at -3. -3.5 is probably where the line will move to. wouldn't bet on that despite the Saints woes early in the season and on the road historically.

Don't underestimate the Saints.  Will be a win, but a tough one.

i hate to say it but i agree. we need to approach them like its week 17 and we need to win to clinch the championship. this game could be a close loss for the Panthers if they dont prepare well. or it could be a blowout win if they prepare like the Saints are the best team in the league.

Hopefully star and Luke will be back and fully healthy. Obviously star is going to be rotated heavily but I'm just hoping Luke is ok.

I was able to get a $50 bet in -3 Panthers....But Vegas just took down all bets pertaining to the Saints.  Brees rumors must be true
