Great to be 2-0 but here are Top 3 areas of concern

#1 Lack of Pass Rush
With the depleated O-line of the Texans losing their starting RT halfway through the game- I thought the dinner bell was gunna be ringing for our pass rushers. Instead, Kony Ealy really let us down in multiple spots this Sunday. CJ wasn't getting to the QB like you would have expected him too. Addison didn't repeat his DMVP performance like he did last week. I only noticed Short on the intentional grounding play. Overall, I was very inimpressed with our D-line- and I don't think inserting Star back into the lineup will be the fix-all for the group.

#2 Wide Receiver Drops/Ability to get open
Ginn had another drop and Cotchery (although he came back) was banged up in this game. Norwood, the sure-handed guy we all were told was going to be used much more, couldn't haul in a laser from Cam. Funchess grabbed a key 1st down when the offense was sputtering but all around our guys need to step it up. Cam's decision making was also a lil suspect on some key 3rd downs today too. Throw KB back on this team and we dominate these past 2 teams- hands down, no question. But it is what it is.

#3 O-line Depth/Injuries
When Trai went down I was holding my breath. That's the 2nd time in as many weeks. Hopefully we can hold them together with duct-tape and spit. They were amazing against a great D-line but I am just concerned with the jokers behind them. The waiver wire doesn't have any All-Pros just waiting to be signed either.

I agree that these are the top 3 areas of concern but I'm really not that concerned about any of them. Luke and Star back will help the defense immensely, especially the pass rush. The wide receiver group really is similar to Seattle's the past few years and I think we can get by with them. The o-line depth will only become concerning if we lose a guy (knock on wood). And hopefully Williams will only be out a few weeks. I'm extremely happy with where we're at now. I know it's only the Texans and Jags and we've made a lot of errors but I think we could be a contender in the playoffs.

I thought we had a pretty good pass rush going. Don't confuse no sacks, with a lack of pass rush. I would like to have seen a better push up the middle though.

Only in the second quarter did the line get pressure consistently. In the second half, the Texans went to quicker passes and the rush disappeared.
