Texans Pro Bowl left offensive tackle Duane Brown is considered unlikely to play Sunday against the Carolina Panthers, according to a source not authorized to speak publicly.

Brown is dealing with a painful thumb injury that he suffered during the preseason. He was able to play against the Kansas City Chiefs, but it wasn’t easy for him to do so due to the discomfort it caused as blocking aggravated the thumb even though it was heavily padded

Panthers are without their ProBowl LT as well.

We moved him around a fair amount against Jax.  With this news, look for it in this game, as well.

When we did it was almost immediate success.

As long as their defense doesn't score on us.  We will win a low scoring game.  If they get a short field or some sort of defensive touchdown we could be in trouble.

Our offensive line will have their hands full.  Give Cam some time and a lane or two to run through.  We'll go 2-0
