I'm not seeing it with any consistency.

Newton is always gonna be closer to Brett Favre than Tom Brady. I'm comfortable with that, but not everyone is.

Yea, I don't disagree with the bolded part.  But he has learned those passes, and does throw them not irregularly.  Not every time, but the progression of his touch passes hasn't been given the credit due from anybody I've seen.

edit: hell, the td pass that Olsen got robbed of was a good example.

I'd agree that one was good.
