The dude had 4.5 sacks in 3 years. I don’t care how athletic he is, there’s absolutely NO WAY I’m drafting that guy. Honestly, how is it even possible to only get 4.5 sacks when you’re an athletic freak like that? No thanks. -

I don't buy into this concept that a high major P5 coaching staff would play an elite NFL caliber athlete in a role that would lessen his impact. I also don't buy into this concept that you overdraft underperforming high level athletes on the hopes that you can coach them into productivity. There's a time and a place to draft these types and IMO it ain't in the first two rounds of the draft. These types are the prototypical NFL busts. -
I've been noticing this myself, with mocks all over the place after the first few players. Would be a great yea to trade back a bit and still load up with talent. We have so many needs, there's no reason we couldn't get 4-5 players that start or contribute significantly in year 1.
