Travelle Wharton.  Played LG and LT and never got any real recognition.

Jordan Gross. I think we found out last year how valuable a solid LT is and I never understood the hate he sometimes got.

 

Honorable mentions: Jake and Gamble.

For defense I'll have to go with Chris Harris.  One of my top 5 or 10 favorite Panthers defenders of all time.  Might have gotten burnt in the pass game occasionally, but no Panther has ever laid the wood like him (TD not too far behind).

That's a very good list. I'd go with Gamble and Foster. That TD run in Philadelphia in the playoffs was magical. STs I'd go with Kasay.

Man I loved Foster...just wish he could have stayed healthy.  I actually looked up that TD run against Philly on you tube a couple weeks ago.  My Dad is a huge Eagles fan and we got to burn his jersey after the game!  Ahhh...memories!!!

Weinke because when he was here Jake did ok.  Once Weinke left Jake imploded.

I always liked Carlton Bailey. Even though Lathon, Mills, and Greene got all the headlines. 

I never fully appreciated Nick Goings until he was gone. 

I personally don't get it but the Panthers organization loved Kris Mangum.

On defense, Eric Davis comes to mind.  On offense, maybe Jeff Mitchell.  On ST, guys like Karl Hankton made that unit elite for years.
