This is about 20th shooting in last 7 days in Charlotte Metro area...  Only 1 person was arrested so far and unrelated to all other shootings.  Cops really need to step up...

There's no way cops could do more to stop crap like this. They are reactive, no proactive. If we really want to stop this from happening, it's up to us as citizens to take a stand against it. If we don't demand change and actually take the steps to make it happen, it's just going to keep on happening while we continue to wonder why.

They have detectives, gang units and other crap that use a lot of tax payers money.

Cops are proactive. They just can't be everywhere at once. This happened pretty close to where I live.
