i entered a fantasy league at work. I admit that I picked up a few players from teams I absolutely despise (Gronk & Romo.) But I have offset those sins by picking up a few Panthers. Some guys went a little earlier than I projected (Cam).

However I did manage to pick up Ted Ginn, Luke Keuchly, and Josh Norman. When the announcement was made that Corey Brown would be starting, I picked him up as a back-up WR. I know Ted has been more reliable in the preseason... but Corey was getting a lot of open looks. If he hauls those balls in, then he can be an x-factor.

So I'm submitting this poll to the sages on the Huddle. The option with the most votes is what I'm going with Sunday. Any Predictions? Please vote.

If neither wins, Dorial Beckham Green gets the start. Just to contextualize how crappy my WR's are this year.

Good lord why would you start either?

My receiving core is absolute garbage this year. John Brown, Kenny Stills, and Ted Ginn are my starting receivers. Shows you what kind of draft night I had. 18 teams... top receivers were getting snatched up left and right.

It's really too risky to go with either. They're both 'starters' but that doesn't mean much. Dickson could see more targets than them, and we're going to lean on the run, probably even more than we always do. And I could easily see Cotch or Funch getting more snaps than Ginn or Philly. It's really just too much of a question mark to do anything now. I have Philly in all my leagues but won't consider playing him until I see how this game goes.

First off anything over 12 in fantasy draft is bad.

Secondly "atrocious" doesn't' quite describe your receiving core.

Third.. Don't pick with your heart in fantasy (says a guy with Cam and Olsen on his roster).

Fourth.. My heart says go with Philly, my head says Ginn.   So go for Ginn.

I totally agree with these points... But since there's no money involved, I can afford a little homerism. This is totally for fun.

But I do plan to be lusting for receivers on the waiver-wire pretty soon.

Between the three,  I would definitely go with Ginn. The Jags defensive backfield is not all that,  and I would think that Ginn gets the most targets. Plus,  it usually only takes one long TD to have a respectable day.  They will probably be single covering the receivers and stacking the box,  so I would bet on Ginn to get one. Moreover,  if you get any points for return yardage,  he will probably get some opportunities there as well.

I don't trust Philly for obvious reasons,  and DGB is a rookie.  You'll probably want to wait to see how he is used, but he would be my second choice as he has greater upside than Philly (and I have DGB stashed for Sunday, but I hope he goes off).

18 teams is insane.
