DeAngelo

This is what I'm thinking.  Maybe you don't know what you are talking about.  Pretty good odds on that.

This fan base is ridiculous....keeps blaming the coaches for players that do not execute nor deliver.

The weight loss was due to the fact that he could no longer coast here on that fat Hurney contract.

Why the animosity?  It was a suggestion.

DeAngelo has averaged 4.8 yds per carry over his career, his worst years with us he averaged around 4.0 yards per carry and he had less than 120 rushing attempts those years.  Guy was a very good RB for us.

So according to you if Cam has a down year this year its not due to our decreased receiving corps or whatever plays Shula draws up its because he's fat and lazy after a big contract.

Meh, as long as he is suiting up for another team, I don't really care. Good luck to him.

Some of you guys worry too much about former players, wish them well, and let that be the end of it. All the other poo just makes you no better than he apparently was, particularly during the end here, and after he was released. Let it go, and move on already.

I agree.  He's gone and I wish him well.  Just saying he was a good RB for us, maybe not at the end, but I can't hate on the guy.

I'm more interested in CAP and Wegher this season

The Steelers have one of the best offenses in the NFL.  Good offensive line, a real threat to pass the ball with Roethlisberger and Antonio Brown.  Opens up big holes in the running game.  He also looked WAY skinner than he did last year and was beating the Patriots to the edge.

Just remember, this doesn't prove anything. DeAngelo also had a similar performance like this in a September game about two years ago, and it ended up being his only 100+ yard performance that entire season, so big fuging whoop. Last I checked, it's a season of attrition. Let's see if he has a run of a few weeks where he carries the ball 25 times a game for over 100 yards and some touchdowns and then we can have a conversation about how we just let a good back walk. Until then, you've got nothing. All this buzz is really about the resident front office badgers on here cashing in on their emotions now while the iron's hot before Williams sprains something again and has to take another vacation to benchville.

I'm not surprised that he still has gas in his tank, and his tires still have good traction, but during the broadcast they pointed out that he's the 2nd oldest RB in the league. Even if he stays healthy and has a great year, getting rid of your high priced aging RB isn't a Panther's invention.

The truth is our offensive scheme sucks and we have one of the worst coordinators in the NFL and our line was garbage most of the year. I was defending Deangelo all last season, wasn't his fault that he had defenders on him as soon as he touched the ball. But yall were mad because we wasn't going hulk on defenders. Give him some space and he's one of the best in the league.

Once again, Aceboogie leaving salty butt hurt fans in body bags from his cold pistol of truth.

We expected him to make plays behind guys like Geoff Hangartner, Byron Bell, Nate Chandler and Amini Siltolou. Also to share carries with two other guys. Shocking, given a legitimate chance he does so well. Oh wait, it isn't.

We are PANTHERS fans.......NOT DWILL fans.

Guy got complacent here......guy got out of shape here....guy was a pissy little diva here.....guy made an ass out of himself as he left here.
