By whatever measure they used to calculate fan optimism, we WAY outrank Jags fans.  Interesting that all the NFC South teams rank quite high in optimism.  Perhaps that's due to the fact that the division is so competitive and pretty close much of the time.  It gives fans there's hope for their team.  After all, an 8-8 record woud have beat us to win the division last year.  That doesn't seem out of reach to most NFC South teams' fanbases, at least not in the preaseason!
