If you'd told me years ago when we drafted Luke that he would be on track to be a first ballot hall of famer after his first contract I would have laughed right in your face.  I knew he was really good since I follow the ACC but I had no idea how much his game would translate to the NFL.  He is the prototype for the ILB position.  He has the size, speed, and athleticism that very few have.  It's been a real treat to watch him play for the Panthers.  I'm glad that I will get to continue to watch him here for a long time to come.
