Yes, you are missing the Rivera/Shula ball control running game. No high scoring offense to start the season ever with those two. Just not the game plan. Especially on the road.

The question is: When the Panthers let the Jaguars take the lead late in the game because of the low scoring futile ball control effort, will the Panthers be able to air it out to put 2 scores up on the board in the last 6 minutes of the game?

By your listing of the WRs as a disadvantage, my guess would be you also think that it is not going to go well for the Panthers passing game in that situation.
