Sounds about right as long as we're talking about the total life of the deal. My personal prediction is a 4 year extension in the $55-60m range, bringing Luke's total deal to 6 years, $68-73m range with roughly $30-35m guaranteed. Remember, his base this year and option next year are guaranteed (a $13m chunk). Add a $10-15m signing bonus and some more guaranteed scratch in the form of a roster bonus, and you'll end up with $30-35m in guarantees.
