I've said it a lot and I'll say it again. This season holds the future of our franchise's window to the Championship.

Our mostly young and unproven O-line and wideouts will all have this season, facing mostly contenders for Conference titles, to raise their experience and become playmakers for the day when we're fully healthy and no-longer a mix-match group of patch worked players. It will allow for growth on a steep learning curve.

The way our schedule starts out allows for early development against mediocre teams, while still holding hope of eeking-out early wins before having to go up against serious title contenders.

Wether we win or lose and because of injuries and the overall youth of this group, this season will allow for players early in their development, to be thrust into situations where they can be tried by fire.

Looking to the future, missing KB could be a blessing in disguise for our receiving corp as it will allow Funchess and Brown to develop as receivers that Cam can count on for the day when this team has matured.

Our line needs this year to gel and mature and gain balance in both our ground and passing game. I think we'll add a tackle if he's the BPA in the first-round next season but I feel that this is basically the line we'll take into the future.
