I really find it hard to believe this team is that old, compared to the rest of the league.

the upside here is that most of our best players are either still on rookie contracts or just coming into their first post-rookie contracts.

It's misleading. The core of the team is pretty young. We just have some vets that offset it.

Thankful for mercy and take it as a lesson in humility and a big dose of measuring twice, or thrice and then making a cut correct and precise.

It's nice knowing our stars are just now coming of age while we fill out the roster with proven veterans that bring leadership and knowledge to the team while understanding their role. I am not at all worried about this stat as not one of our building blocks are even close to retirement.

Actually, I do in a way. I'm helping keep this site that I frequent online. Even if it is for 5 dollars a month. To me, that's close to a days salary. To each their own and all that jazz.
