I think Star being able to practice was the major factor.  Rivera said they brought in a few DT's just in case Star had to be put on IR.

Something we are all neglecting: the Bucs have been hot garbage since he was drafted.

Many if not most of these workouts are done with the intention of simply being up to date on possible targets should you need them later on for whatever reason.

It doesnt really have anything to do with Bowers or anybody else we workout if they dont sign here immediately or whenever.

Hate it never worked out....he was so fun to watch as a freshman at Clemson.  Just manhandled people.

Gettleman is kicking the tires and doing due diligence.  Cole and Edwards are at the end of their careers and anyone can get injured .  We need to be ready to plug in the next man at every position .  You never know who is next.
