One I dont think 70 million is possible so Id assume you were dreaming and two, we signed Newton to a 100+ million contract. He has a 19.5 million cap hit next year. Previously he had no cap hit next season.

70 million was a myth. True number was around 50 million. You could have gotten 70 million if you forfeit all draft picks, don't resign cam,Dickson,Olsen,any FAs. AND use the 20 million saved this year to roll over to next, thus giving the fake 70 milfigure.
