Your opinion, who plays week 1 out of the injured guys?!

I say CJ, Funchess, Tillman and Kalil play.. Unfortunately Norman, Cotch and Star won't, I just get the sense Star isn't quite ready. With Josh, Concussions are serious business in NFL and if I'm not mistaken, isn't a rule that a player has to sit out one game by default when having a concussion or am I wrong?

I see Norman playing.  Usually takes 6ish days to clear protocol.  We have 9-10 days depending on how ya look at it before the opener in Jacksonville.  Star, I'm not so sure about though.  Think all the others you listed should be considered probable at worst.

Star is the only one that won't play. I expect him back in October.

If you clear the concussion protocol, you do not have to sit out any games.
