O Line 1st Quarter Steeler Preseason game

I am not able to watch this game. Listening on the radio I was wondering if we had any starters on the O line in when CAP was running all over them. Who played that first quarter?

The Big Uglies performed well, for sure.  But regardless of who was in front of him, CAP dominated out there.  

 

Pitt field is notoriously like 3 feet deep, and CAP was shaking dudes like he was Shady McCoy on a clay court; the first guy didn't stand a chance.  In fact, all our backs did a great job of getting positive yards on every touch.  If an edge closed, they turned up field and got what they could.

I think it was Chandler at LT, Norwell LG, Remmers C, Turner RG, and Williams at RT. CAP looked pretty darn good though.

Thanks. So it was pretty much the ones minus Kahlil. Think we will see more of a committee with Stewart and CAP like we used to with Deangelo or will JS be a bell cow.

That's probably better than out starting five most of the season last year...

I listened to the Steeler radio guys. One thing they took away from the game is a "severe lack of depth on the DL past the top 3". Sure sounded good from a Panther perspective
