I remember lining up to go for 2 at the end of the game to win it and then

5th grade. Just started getting interested in football and girls.

I was down in Myrtle Beach (from MD) for vacation that summer (with friends and fam) and everyone was excited for the new team. I bought a Panthers pennant at the mall we went to and I hopped on board!!

Derrick Graham was a big talker.  In that game, I wish his play would have been as good as his talk.

I was there ... Beautiful day for football. I was sitting front row in the endzone at Clemson stadium. I had waited 28 years to have a home team and finally I was sitting in a stadium watching my team

The game was in the Georgia Dome if memory serves me correctly.  Falcons won 23-20 in OT.

Watched the game on a big box TV in my college dorm common area. I went to college in Georgia so I was surrounded by a bunch of Falcons fans.

I was just so excited to finally see me new team play. I was a Dallas fan for about 20 years until they fired Jimmy Johnson. So announcement of us getting the panthers was perfect timing. 

PS. My hatred of Dallas starting with Jimmy's firing didn't take long to grow into full fledged rage. ;-) most proud moment was game we knocked a few Dallas stars of of game. Hehe
