What we are facing now is child's play compared to last season.

The reason he's getting ridiculed is b/c he's comparing an entire season (2014) to a 2015 season that hasn't even started yet. Of course there's going to be less adversity.

Hell, last season at the point we are now in this season...still a crap ton worse.

Smith cut, Hardy not able to play, Johnson playing though injury, possibly the worst Panthers offensive line in our history, Cam coming of surgery, losing Mitchell who balled out for us the season before...etc.

Focus on the big picture of what is said, and don't just look for inaccuracies because it is a PU post.

KB lost for the season; Alexander lost for the year; Funchess has had 3 hamstring pulls in as many months and it's not even clear how much he'll play and if he'll even be a factor in the offense; Philly dropping everything thrown to him; 3 of our 4 starting defensive lineman haven't played much at all due to injuries; Jarret Boykin, our best WR left was cut; (probably missing a few more)

yes I know, last year was still worse, but hell, this season hasn't even started. Do you know how much poo can happen in 17 weeks? Do you know how many vital players we can still lose? I don't even want to get into names b/c I don't want to jinx it but you get the point.

I'm in no way a PanthersUnited hater. I only hate on him to get some extra pie b/c my posts alone aren't as sophisticated or meaningful to warrant pie. PU definitely has some quality posts, unfortunately this is not one of them.

Alexander has basically been a none factor since we drafted him and losing him does not hurt. I'm not against him, but he is at best a rotational end, and nothing but an overrated camp warrior.

They are being cautious with Funchess. No need to risk further injury in meaningless games. He has not "pulled" his hamstring three times. Saying that he has is dramatic.

Philly has been terrible yes. Then again, he is a second year pro going through a slump, and he showed he could play last year in games that mattered.

Star, Short, and Johnson are players that will be on the team, so once again, why throw them out there when we know what we have there. The only one I'm concerned with is Star as his injury seemed a little more serious, but all three should be ready to go week 1. So once again, not too bad.

Boykin did not play against a starting defense in preseason, so you can't say he is the best receiver we had. I believe he should have been given a shot to, but oh well. Everyone will forget all about him shortly. If he was really our best receiver, he would still be on the team right now.

I look at our team right now, and I really see one glaring weakness and that is at WR. I like that we have Ginn back though, and Cotchery is a guy that knows what to do out there. I'm interested to see how Norwood plays. I remember he was a solid guy at Alabama, but my knowledge of him is not extensive. I do like that he was almost a Gettleman pick though. That says a lot to me.

Now to you last paragraph...hilarious lol. Pie is given out all the time for hating on PU, at least some can admit to taking advantage of that haha.
