What we are facing now is child's play compared to last season.

Alright, listen everyone.  I have been a LONG time lurker to the huddle.  Probably long before some of you even started posting.  I used to have another account a while ago but I think it got deleted in one of the server moves / crashes?  Not sure.  I honestly can say that I have always been kind of afraid to post here ( people are pretty scary on these boards ) but I found it necessary to make a reply to this thread.  I can 100% promise you that PU is not an alt of anyone who post's here.  How do you say I know that you ask?  Well he is a friend of mine and we have even been to panthers games together.  I actually get a good laugh at reading his threads as he has become "Infamous" on the huddle.

This must be Zod's alt of his alt.  Getting into some inception poo now

This year will be interesting.  From my perspective this team has a lot more 'foxhole' guys than I previously thought.  After Cam's squabble with Norman I actually gained a ton of respect for Cam.  He's willing to get in the trenches and get ugly to make things happen.

Here's a few reasons I'm particularly optimistic.

-Kurt Coleman has been incredible so far.

-Shaq fits like a glove and hits like a mac truck.

-I think Norman is going to have a great year.

-Cam would have been 22/28 with like 3tds in preseason game 3 if not for those egregious drops.  That's elite (for one game)

- Michael Oher has been a protector and looks to be somewhat consistent in pass blocking.

-Trai Turner is solid as fk

-Daryl Williams might be a great talent for a long time if he can stay healty

-Ginn and Cam have really, really good rapport

-Olsen is O Reliable

-Special teams will give us some excitement at least a few times this season.

My only apprehension involves Shula, Rivera and situational football.

I'm just joking. I don't get into bashing people on here. I think PU is funny..  And crazy..  But mostly funny

I understand why people would believe this.  PU can seem far out there and wishy washy at times but he is a good guy but honestly his threads can be pretty hilarious with all the reply's.

Everyone bitches about PU and his threads, but what exactly is wrong with this one?

Is this entire forum not acting like crybabies right now because of one position on our roster?

He is correct. Compared to last season, this is a walk in the park.

People have such short memories...and a constant desire to moan about everything that isn't perfect.

Despite ALL of this, we go 7-8-1

I'm as much a homer as anyone but this is not exactly lighting up the world.

We had a lot of problems last year and it resulted in a losing season. Hopefully this year we do better. Winning the division had more to do with our division sucking out loud than our play, big picture wise. That's about it.

Are you assuming or have you talked about this elaborate plan of his in private? Because I've read him respond to being called a troll and he definitely wouldn't try to defend himself if that is in fact what he's trying to do.

And anyone wasting time on a internet forum in attempt to do soemthing like that, is really the one losing at the end of the day.

Like I said, the majority of his threads don't make any sense so that's why I think he is a troll. He also makes damn near 50 threads a day.

Lastly, I don't know this guy.

    • Soooo many bad turnovers again. Luckily Martin played well.
    • Yes. Cade 100% tripped and pitched it to Mafah.  That’s not in dispute.  We agree on that.  Mafah got the ball, fell to the ground and then attempted to complete the rest of the play….which was the lateral to the WR on the end around.  You are calling the lateral from Mafah to the end around WR the ball popping up.   It was whistled dead.   Then they ran another play.  the review then awarded the ball to SC after we ran another play for what happened after a play was whistled dead.   How does that part work lol?  How do you recover a ball if a play was whistled dead for a downed player prior to a recovery?  I think the refs screwed Clemson twice.   That’s not why they lost.  Please don’t think that is my argument.   They lost because Cade chocked and panicked at the end.  They lost because Sellers should have been put on the ground for a loss countless times and they didn’t.  They lost because our over loyal Dabo wouldn’t bench his favorite hurt RB.    Clemson lost for lots of reasons. SC deserved to win.  Those calls were bad though IMO.  They exist in every game.
    • I can’t recall an NBA team with this many injuries.  It’s getting absurd at this point
