Question: put together trade package for WR

I could see Klein and a  2 nd or 3 rd rounder pick going for someone from the Giants - maybe a Rueben Randle caliber type guy.  Beason may still not be stable up there with his injury record and I find it one of the most plausible trade secenarios - chances are if we dont make any trades with picks involved we are going to wind up with a no name guy and not make much traction on getting better at WR

I think if Gettleman is going to make a move, he'll hopefully be able to reference the fact that Percy Harvin went to the Bills for a 6th and Brandon Marshall went to the Jets for a 5th.

I know that at this point it's all about supply and demand, but we don't necessarily need a sure fire starter right now in order for it to be considered an "upgrade", we just need a plug in guy that can play and has potential. That's what's actually sad about this situation.

during the offseason is when you see the big name players being traded or even on draft day,but the most common type of  trades that occur just prior to the final cuts are between teams that a)who have a surplus of players at any one particular position and b)teams that are willing to offer a draft pick for that aforementioned teams surplus. (5th,6tthWR)

So you're suggesting that we risk crippling our running game, which our Offense will obviously have to rely on heavily for the CHANCE of making our passing game slightly better than abysmal?

Pass.

It was humor and Fitzgerald has far, far more value than Stewart.

Would I do that trade in a heartbeat if AZ was dumb enough? Oh yeah.
