Boykin or Bersin?

Personally I'm an advocate for Boykin- I believe he has a lot more to offer.

Boykin, for coverage team purposes. Bersin is the more reliable catcher. Boykin has the bigger potential and has thrived when given opportunity in This league. Bersin belongs in the NFL tho. In no way does BB deserve some of the hate he gets on here

Close call but I'll go Boykin. Frankly I think they both could make it.  Overall Boykin has looked better this preseason. However Bersin is 1 inch taller, maybe a better blocker and has much more experience with Cam. So its a very close call and I'd feel more comfortable if we can keep both. Brown better get his poo together or he could be a shocker of a cut. He has dropped a lot of balls this preseason. I know there was some dispute over it but if necessary I can post a slow motion video of him dropping the TD in the endzone vs the Phins to prove it.

My problem with bersin is that usually guys such as him who have nothing elite with above average hands seem to find holes n the defense.  Bersin continuously has someone draped over his back, he just cant get that seperation.  I think its beasley that comes to mind in dallas is a good example of this.  Hes quick and runs sharp routes nothing out of the ordinary but gets the job done.  Welker and amendola are a few more that come to mind. Bersin just doesnt cut it.  He wouldnt make most teams final cuts newhere else.

yeah well i noticed that after i finished but the point being in the similarity in playing styles.  Acknowledgement of skin pigment is immature.  People come in all different pigments.

Boykin.  Remember the position we put Bersin in last year?  He failed miserably when given a primary role.  He's good at what he does, to be sure.  But Boykin brings everything Bersin does with more speed and athleticism.

It's tough. I'd like to see a larger sample of Boykin with Cam. Chemistry, even in a small dose matters.
