Bortles better than Cam

Jackofalltrades

Cam has led the team to the division title and the conference semifinals 2 years in a row. Of yeah, and he did win the whole Rookie of the Year thing.

Bortles' arm pulled a Brian St. Pierre in his rookie year. Yes he has looked good this preseason and I think Jacksonville will not be a pushover, but Bortles had proven nothing.

It is insulting to compare them and definitely delusional to say he's better.

I guess if your team hasn't made the playoffs in a decade, is a constant candidate for relocation rumors, plays the league's bitch by consistently having "home" games in London, and is the definition of irrelevant, you conjure up anything you can to make yourself feel better.

I have no idea either. Every time I see a thread like this I wonder why can't people like the OP just ignore it? It reeks of insecurity to constantly be quoting other people if they slight Cam, whether it's journalist or a backwater fan of the opposing team. It's just so pointless.

Not insecure, just bored.

Not sure why they care since their franchise is unlikely to be there much longer, but Jax is huge Gator country and the hate for Cam is strong.  They're also major a-holes, and laughed at us 20 years ago for being an equal or greater location for a franchise because they were in "football country".  Bwahaha!!!  Doesn't change the fact Cam has an unmatched resume and skill set for a 26 year old in the history of team sports and is gonna ramrod it up the keister of ALL haters over the next decade+.

Do they realize Jacksonville was a fallback when Baltimore didn't get their paperwork submitted in time?

Bortles isn't better than Cam, but he is improving.

I saw a stat that the Jags first team offense has produced 8 scoring drives in 11 chances.  Hopefully, we can get off to a fast start in Jax because it would be a shame to drop a game to those guys.
