Being undrafted don't have a damn thing to do with anything. On the NFL level there isn't any excuses. You get paid to perform and if you don't your ass should be cut. That's what's wrong with the organization. Accepting mediocrity

At this point he is taking a roster spot that could other wise be given to a better up and coming wr. Last year we were forced to carry him due to our lack of talent its very different this year. This is a produce or your out kinda league dont fell sorry for him, he gets paid enough to have his poo together.

We can't expect him to be another Victor Cruz but just because he's undrafted doesn't mean we should be okay with him dropping passes like hot buttered griddle cakes.  If I remember correctly he does get a paycheck to catch the football .

You know why Cam threw to Brown so many times... HE WAS OPEN.  Maybe if our other WR got seperation Cam would throw to them instead.  I watched as Brown faked out the def. guy to get open TWICE.  For that reason I think he will make team.  YES he needs to work at the jug machine and work on his hands. 

Like they said about KB cant teach tall, Brown - can't teach fast.

Philly is a paid professional WR.....and he drops wide open balls.  He struggled often making ugly catches last season too....

this is ain't college.  NFL players deserve the heat when they earn it. 

Also, the Gettlemen "knows" talent and is "all knowing" type hype that is building is a tad much.  He put Bell and Chandler at tackle last year and was cool with it...dude has his flaws. Not doing something soon at WR IMO will be a mistake.  Division is weak enough we should be focused on a playoff run

I said in another thread that I didn't like Philly Brown being shoe horned into a bigger role. Shula or Ron are trying to make him into something he's not.

I'm willing to give him some time to figure this out. He is getting open. It looks like a concentration issue to me.  

 

With that said, he has a game in the regular season like yesterday and I wouldn't hesitate to move him to the bottoms of the depth chart.

I'm sure that it's partially the pressure but it's also how he's trying to make catches. He's constantly trying to body catch and or trap the ball, instead of catching it with his hands...

Not expecting him to catch EVERY wide open pass. Just most of them. 

 

God forbid i ask him to catch ONE wide open pass!
