Can we once and for all retire the name "Philly"?

To be honest it's not that big of a deal. I've even asked people that have spoken to him  directly about it and he's told them himself  "Man it's not a big thing Corey or Philly. The media just kind of spun it out of proportion."

This is evidenced by his IG and Twitter handle.

*Also I saw some of the same people advocating for Philly to cease, calling Ndamukong Suh "Donkey Kong." So I don't even care about PC when those types of hypocrites exist on this board.

He needs to worry more about making this team. I haven't seen no improvement in him from last year. And other receivers are out shining him at the moment.

Do you realize your 2nd sentence says that you have seen improvement since last year?

He does need to worry about making the team, and I think he knows he needs to play better. I doubt he's the least bit worried about whether anyone calls him Philly or Corey.

I call him Brown. Problem solved unless the other Brown makes the roster, which doesn't seem likely.

He used the term font correctly?

Well technically "font" is the type or style of the lettering, like "Times New Roman" or "Helvetica", not the size of the letters. Not a big deal, I just had to get my dig in. I did chuckle a bit at his/her response though :)

C'mon people, the man wants to be called Corey. That's what his mama named him. Can we call ourselves true Panther fans while we disrespect the man's wishes?

If we have no problem calling Cassius Clay "Mohammed Ali", or Chad Johnson "Ochocinco", then we can at least call Mr Brown "Corey"! HP! (holy poo!)

That is all....back to your regularly scheduled programming. :)

yes please.

A little respect for a player ya like.

Font

A font is a specific typeface of a certain size and style. For example, one font may be Arial 12 pt bold, while another font may be Times New Roman 14 pt italic. Most word processing programs have a Font menu that allows you to choose the typeface, size, and style of the text. In order to use a font, you must have it installed on your computer. Windows provides access to fonts using the Fonts control panel. The Mac OS stores fonts in a Fonts folder and includes a separate "Font Book" application for managing fonts.
