Let's talk about when we were wrong...

I wish I had a transcript of the draft day huddle chat when we picked Kuechly. I said too many retarded things to remember. I was legit pissed off at that pick. I thought it was sooooo stupid because we already had a stud in Beason. FML.

I have taken at what were at the time very unpopular stances in my time here....I was extremely against the mess that signing 2 featured RBs would bring, I didn't buy Beason's comeback hype video after injury and wanted Luke, etc.

Now the one more embarrassing then being the driver of the Dwayne Jarrett hype train was I thought after 3 ACLs Thomas Davis wasn't worth the continued investment and his body was just done.

I forgive myself as I was a mere teenager, but the 2000 defensive backfield of Doug Evans/Eric Davis/Jimmy Hitchcock and Mike Minter paired with the newcomers Rashard Anderson and Deon Grant sure sounded incredible playing behind Chuck Smith, Sean Gilbert, and a healthy Jason Peter.  So many layers of wrong.

Lotsa people bought into those.

When Jimmy entered his first NFL game I was super excited and pulling for him all the way.

Beginning of the season:  This kid is going to be good.  Did you see that shovel pass OMG!

Mid season:  He is making mistakes sure.  He is just a rookie though give him time and he will  be a great QB.

Week 12:  God just kill me because I can't watch this anymore.
