What do you expect? We have a QB that turned the ball over 6 times in a playoff game. Its the most publicized position in the world of sports. If you have a respected QB then you have a respected team. Nobody respects Jake after that performance and the poll numbers show it.

Great explanation of the silliness that passes for fan/poll logic and hypocrisy. Also, a lot of those voters believe what's fed to them by the media instead of watching the teams I would wager. And it doesn't help that guys like Merrill Hodge who are normally pretty decent say dumb crap like he did today :"CAROLINA HAS A GREAT DEFENSE (are you stuck in 2005 Merrill???) but their QB sucks so it is TEH DOOM!!!1111".
