Randy Moss making a comeback

LUUUUUKE

Not even saying that we should go after him, or that we'd land him.

saw a video on NFL Network at a stoplight on the way into work. Can't link now because I'm driving.

Obvious choices and landing spots would be: us, GB, NE, and Minnesota.

in the video it definitely sounded like his return is imminent.

duscuss. Only reason I'm even posting this is because we have the cap space

He wasn't very productive in his last years. He could be a good look as far as situational downs though. Obviously big target for Cam.

Although he's been working out, no way he is even remotely in game shape. Just my .02

Did that all wrong posting from lights not recommended

But, I've been posting about Randy since the day KB was injured because Bomani Jones brought him up as a suggestion on Twitter, as he is familiar with Randy and produced the 30 for 30 doc on him.  He said he had been working out regularly and has been killing.  I read somewhere else that they said he beat Antonio Brown in a race over the summer.

He is one of my favorite players of all-time and I brought him up multiple times when he became available in the past as well.  I know a lot of people will always view him in a negative light due to his reputation, but I've heard from multiple places that all of that has been way overblown.  In fact, the story about him going up to visit Brady and Pats camp last week from multiple outlets talked about how great of a teammate he was.  I ended up watching The Rich Eisen Show one morning and Joe Klatt of Fox Sports was guest hosting with another well-known broadcaster who I can't recall right now, but Klatt works with Randy on football coverage and said he considers him a great friend and said the public perception of him is way off.  Said he's a great guy and told a story about how they ran into each other in L. A.  and Randy walked up and was like "Joe, I need your car."  Klatt said he usually would come up with an excuse to get out of that spot, but said because Randy is a great friend, he didn't even ask for what, he just gave him the keys.  The other host asked, "didn't you wonder where he went?  What he was doing?  How long did he have before you had questions?"  Klatt said he didn't worry about any of that, and said Randy brought it back later and said, "thanks man, here you go...  I topped you off."  KlKlatt told him he didn't have to do that, and Randy replied, "man, if you borrowed someone's car and didn't top them off back at Rand University (nickname of Randy's hometown) , you were gonna have a problem!"  LOL.

I'd also like to point out that I think his drop in production his last few years was related to his unhappiness with his situation...   For instance, I had completely forgot about the year when he went back to the Vikings, was then released because Brad Childress was a fuging idiot, and then ended up finishing the season with the Titans.  IIRC, his production dropped his last season with the Vikings as he was unhappy and wanted out and I remember a lot of people thought he was washed up already when he went to the Raiders because of it.  I think he is re-energized now, and I also think him working as an analyst and coaching high school football in recent years definitely shows even greater maturity now, for those of you worried about it.  I also think he would love playing for Rivera.  I don't know why, but I just think he would really appreciate playing for him, as he has played at the same level and really cares about his players.

Get the fug off your phone. Jesus Christ.

Loading up entertainment on your phone during stops, while isn't moving and doing it, is still an awful habit for humans to have and pass to others. Sometimes people are looking down at their phone, look up when the light turns green and think "oh poo, how long has this been green" and press the gas before having enough time to take in what's around them. You might not ever hurt someone that way, but it's a bad habit regardless. Just put your fuging phone down until you're parked you ADD poo.
