A 3-4 can be very effective if you have the linebackers to run it. We clearly don't. Then again we don't the linebackers for a 4-3. And our defensive linemen as a whole are jags minus those who are injured and unavailable. But Evero's zone defense needs pressure to work and we don't generate it. So Qbs sit back and have all day to wait for their guys to clear coverage. I want a blitz happy pressure defense like Baltimore that dictates to the offense instead of our bend until you break zone shell of a defense under Evero. Honestly I won't be unhappy to see him go. -
