Frank might be a prime example of how not to waste your NFL career. It comes to an end quickly so make the best of your opportunities when you have them by obeying the rules.

Now this post is truth.  But the shitposting in this thread is embarrassing.

I was looking forward to seeing what Frank had in his tank this season. Hate it for him, and hope he gets a chance to show his stuff next year for some team, if not the Panthers. 

As for the mean spirited posters on this thread, I wish you'd adopt any other team if you're gonna have such a crap attitude about a guy who just lost his 2nd season in a row. Certainly last year was his fault, but the guy deserves a chance for redemption.
