Do not buy Belkin products

They have by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had a Belkin router and had to call support a handful of times about separate issues. I could not understand what they were saying. It took double the time to fix the issues because I was saying "Uh could you repeat that?" over and over again. One time I called and could literally not understand one fuging word this bitch was saying. I just hung up on her. I'm no longer using that router and will not purchase anymore Belkin products.

So, it sounds like every big tech company out there.  Doesn't necessarily mean you don't buy their products.  Most of the time, you can find the answer you're looking for online.
