First BOA game

hey all, my wife and I will be coming to BOA for the saints game 9/27, just bought our tickets. I would love any helpful info on places to eat near there, must see areas, tailgating info. Also do the players come out after the game for photos or autographs or anything like that? Any and all info will be appreciated. Good news, the panthers are undefeated at every game I've attended.
