Fearless Panthers - Dolphins Predictions....

Jeremy Igo

Recommended Posts

Panthers come out flat on offense, struggle to get a first down until well into the 2nd quarter.  Defense looks strong early but breaks down because of offensive ineptitude.  Dolphins put up 14 before the starters come out.  Panthers rally back behind Derek Anderson and the backups to tie the game.  Dolphins respond behind former Panthers QB Matt Moore to take the lead at 21-14.  Panthers get a FG drive behind Joe Webb in the 4th quarter but fail to put together the game winning drive again for the second straight game.

21-17 Dolphins.

There was a Byrd showing last week. It's not like he was irrelevant.

He was for the most part irrelevant as a receiver. He looked good on a few returns though. Hopefully he can be our future returner and be here longterm.

Come on, man. He had 3 catches for 22 yards. What the hell are you basing this "irrelevance" on? If it's productivity, then guess whose favorite receiver got zero productivity.

Jesus Christ, you would think its the John Fox/Jimmy Clausen days on this forum looking at some of these predictions...

Referencing that era is akin to waterboarding.  I will probably never be over the legendary moment Clausen had -40 something yards going into the fourth against NO.  Ugh.  BTW, that's a very fitting abbreviation for that team.  NO, Saints, NO.
