Schein weighs in on Panther chances sans KB

We have several things besides the obvious KB injury to worry about.

Oline effectiveness, right now, then can't open a hole for a RB

DE's can get pressure on opposing QB's meaning that the D will be on the field too long

Those who control the trenches, control the game

well, it is tough to judge a DL with CJ, Star and KK all out.  Add them and whoever else steps in a DE will look light years better

but OL still has a fair amount to prove. 5 rush yards in the first half last week was pathetic even vs a good D.

Honestly I agree with him. But I go even deeper and say it's not only KB, it's s combination of KB, our very suspect D line with Star, KK and CJ hurt in some way and I'm still not 100% our secondary will be as great as some on here make it out to be.

Im just keeping it real. 6-10/7-9. Just enough to be mediocre, get a mediocre draft pick and still keep the mediocre Shula.

6-10 sounds reasonable to me, but that won't be 3rd in this shitty division.

I'm sorry but I'm not buying this division will be shitty. I know we like to hate the Falcons but I have a feeling they will be a force this year, I say they win the division at 11-5, Saints miss the playoffs at 9-7 and we go 6-10/7-9

I agree with the secondary.  Harper and Peanut both have to prove they still belong on a field.   Josh Norman is also the only CB in the NFL to get the elite tag based on 8 games worth of play vs a career of confusingly poor play.  I still think Josh has some composure issues to prove....even during his elite stretch he was extremely close to costing us some huge game changing penalties with nonsense

After reading those dozen lines by Schein I have to ask how in Hell this guy found employment anywhere writing about the NFL. His research and views on this team and the management are cursory and shallow, I sure wouldn't put any money on his picks.
