KB's offseason caused the injury

Nah man I'm just stupid... Crucified because I mentioned BMI. I offered an educational outlook on an injury and got more BS then the guy who posted it was because of supplements... Don't mention poo when he comes back fat as fug from rehab, because the dudes work ethic and weight has been questioned since FSU.

I stopped reading after "doctorate".

Yea thats so shameful for me to try and provide some input from the education i've paid $100,000 for... Please tell me whats wrong with a Doctorate in PT... I had a guy try and tell me you need an ACL replacement for a sprained ACL... Instead of trying to understand the fact that momentum and weight can compensate a ligament I just get BMI thrown in my face, and a bunch of fuging bullshit responses go live in fantasy world and eat Bojangles until your body explodes and you need a PT with a DOCTORATE to fix your busted ass.

OKAY LETS BREAK THIS DOWN FOR THE MORONS...

#1. KB showed up overweight.

#2. To gain 10 pounds shows neglect in the offseason.

#3. The weight was so noticeable Rivera called him out.

#4. Extra weight gain instantly causes more stress on the ACL. (FACT)

#5. He lost the weight in a hurry putting more stress on the ACL. (FACT)

#6. He had hamstring issues which in SOME cases is a direct effect of a wearing down ACL. (FACT)

#7. He tore his fuging ACL in a non contact drill...

What the fug is confusing about that?

And yea I may be a student but I'm almost graduated, and have seen and worked with many ACL injuries. I didn't proclaim myself as Dr. Oz all I was providing was an educational background to what happened.

I think most of you guys misunderstood what this guy had to say.  In all fairness, this guy didn't help himself to much either though.  Yes, 255 for an NFL wide receiver doesn't make him obese or fat, but the fact of the matter is that all that weight is still putting pressure on his legs.  He is correct in saying that this type of injury SHOULD (stronger word than could) have been prevented by proper off season training.  It's not necessarily the ten pounds that killed him, but it's the fact that he probably did not have an active off season (as indicated by the fact that he looked slightly overweight compared to his normal).  Thus, his body was not mature enough to go through the rigorous training of camp when he lost all the weight.  As a side note, just because you have 255 pounds of muscle still means you means you weight 255 pounds like a fat guy who weights 255 pounds.

I think everyone gets what you and the alt are saying now.  Weight, torque, pressure, angles, force, tidal energy, moon cycles, and so on.

The interweb is a big, big place and so glad you stopped by. Its been most enlightening
