KB's offseason caused the injury

I'd bet my life savings on it that one cut would not cause a HEALTHY ACL to tear. There was prior wear and tear and being 'overweight' like our coach indicated

Did you know the ACL when inflamed, and stretched can cause hamstring tightness, and hamstring injuries? Who showed up to camp and got a hamstring injury after week one? kelvin Benjamin... The ACL was already being compensated.

NFL athletes are abnormal.  Especially the freakshow guys like KB, Newton, Megatron, JJ Watt, etc.  They ask their bodies to do abnormal things consistently.   Doing such....injuries as simply a when IMO.  You can't build a human body to these comical super human standards.....play in the  NFL doing what they do.....and expect your body to hold up.  Your body isn't mean to withstand that even if you are always at whatever weight a coach  prefers you to play at.

Why is everyone bashing this guy?  Mostly he didn't just say "omg he fat" but he gave a explanation of his point.  It's probably one of the most informative posts that will be on here today.    Like someone else said, our training staff has always been suspect IMO.

KB probably was overtraining.  Preseason and camp I'm sure is brutal day in and day out.  Not much time for recovery.  Sprints kill your quads and hamstrings.  Without proper nutrition for fast recovery for the next day your asking for injury.  When you make a cut hundreds of pounds of pressure transfers from your leg foot into the ground.  If your muscles are fatigued and wornout all that pressure goes to your knees and boom.

Megatron weighs 234... and never had an ACL injury, A respectable weight for a WR of his size not 255 pounds if your trying to tell me 21 pounds doesn't add more stress to your ACL your wrong.  Yes 234 is still clinically overweight if your using BMI which is why I said I don't buy into that... 255 pounds for a WR is too much weight for the cutting that is needed for the position.

Megatron has had plenty of knee/ACL injuries
