Awkward moments in dating

So...I've been dating this hot shrink from Alabama and you know, she's cool and all.  It's been a good 6 or so times hanging out, the 3rd time was the charm but it wasn't official and felt some uneasiness/it being a non long-term dealio. 

 

So...I turned that Hinge app back on and went out on a date tonight.  Feel the phone vibrating in ma pockets a few times thinking it's my buds wanting me to come party.  This chick goes to the bathroom, I look at my phone and it says:

"I'm going to own it.  What a coincidence, we're at the same place.  Irony at its finest! We had my coworkers going away party here.  I'm not texting bc I want you to feel bad AT ALL. It's such a good thing :-)"

It's the shrink, I look up and she's 2 tables away.  I'm only at appetizers.  Most awkward night everrrrr

Sounds like a good opportunity for you to also own it and have an honest conversation with her.  If no boundaries were set than no foul, but a chat would be good if you see it going anywhere further.

So, a Samoan chick showed up and I asked for a Hayden type.....awkward.

At a bar with my GF her mother and another friend.  GF and friend go to the bathroom together and I'm left with GF's mom.  A popular dance song starts up and a girl at another table jumps up whips her head around frantically searching for something.  She sees me and runs over and grabs my arm and says "this is my favorite song dance with me".  Terrified I look at my GF's mom for help and she just smiles and shrugs like "its fine go ahead".

GF came back from bathroom, it was NOT fine.

Total anarchy.
