Im torn on selling on Montford or just rent it out for 20 yrs.

Long term rentals can make you rich....and grey haired....

Welcome to Charlotte. This is not limited to Ballantyne, the infrastructure in Charlotte is as much a nightmare as it is in Atlanta. And the worse part is Charlotte made the same mistakes as Atlanta, and Atlanta made their mistakes many years before Charlotte.

totally agree. The light rail needs to be more like an X to bring people back and forth from each corner. It could absorb growth across the entire city.

  This season, Clemson just became the 4th team in the history of college football to win at least 9 game 14 straight seasons. Dabo is 100% underrated. Which I get, he can be annoying to outsiders. The bar for Dabo is just put unattainably high….so people say like to say he is no longer good.

  Not so sure if go all in. He got exposed some this past game with the grabbiness. And dude has struggled to stay on the field. I might make him show he can do it for another year and take that risk.
