I'm no expert, but a few friends of mine are doctors and are saying best case scenario maybe 4-6 weeks. But they said it's hard to even come up with that with the video that they saw. Prayers for KB!

Idk why everyone thinks the video is so gruesome. It looked like his whole leg bent awkwardly . To me it looked like he had a lot more weight and pressure on his ankle than his knee. The video just doesn't scream complete destruction of the knee to me.

But for Christ's sake Delmas tore an ACL? I pray we never have another one of these joint practices again. They need to go ahead and just practice separately tomorrow.

Dolphins got official word that Delmas tore his ACL today during practice. If the Dolphins know, as reported by RapSheet, then why wouldn't we know already?

If anything this is why im optimistic. It's not a grade 3 sprain which is a fully torn ligament. Grade 2 sprain is partial tear, while a grade 1 is damage to the tissue fibers.

The way this is being handled leads me to believe that it's a  1 or 2. That could also be the homer in me.

Yeah, I know...  Just saying...  He at least has the trainers with him.  All we collectively need is an MRI of his knee. 

But, honestly, it's all irrelevant.  Odds are, they know from the physical examination on the field whether it's torn or not, the MRI is just for confirmation of what they suspect.

I'm hoping for a grade 1 or 2 as well, but the worst sign to me is the way KB looked as he was getting driven away in that cart.......looked like he knew he was done

After watching the video like 10 times, I have no clue what his injury is..................That's what we should all be saying. 21 pages of guess work is always good though. :) Seriously, this sucks no matter how long he is out.
