maybe had something to do with it but if you notice nobody was even back there to catch it on the right side. Bailey literally ran backwards and caught it over his shoulder before turning upfield for the TD. 

 

I I think players in kick returns tend to keep there eyes on the player back there not the ball in the air. Could be wrong though.

 

 Gotta give it to fisher, I hate that dude, but that was a hell of a trick play.
