I have been around MMO's since EQ, so I am somewhat able to keep my excitment in check.

This could be epix ,could be fail, I hope for something in the middle.

They seem to really be hyping up the 'storytelling' part of the game. That's great and all but after a while it's going to be all about combat, class balance and all the other stuff that's important to mmos. If anything it'll be worth picking up to play through all the different classes but what's going to make or break any mmo is the endgame.

I can already see certain flaws - like the trooper class will probably be underplayed.

like the knights of the old republic games, the players are equel unlike in teh Star Wars universe where a jedi would kick a scout or troopers a**. so really people will want to be Jedi's to be more powerful than troopers
