Well, if you go play Final Fantasy or something it's completely different. Not for everyone, but it's really another world compared to WoW.

If I want the kind of experience that Star Wars is showing, I'll just play WoW, because it does it the best. That's why I have no interest in this game. Voice overs just isn't enough to convince me this is an entirely new experience.

From all the in game stuff I saw at E3 (and there was a lot of it) it looks very much like WoW.

Yea, almost all MMO's at this point are going to look or feel similar to WOW, cause WOW got most of it right. So why not incorporate some aspects of it. What's going to differentiate MMO's at this point are content and what the game and content line promises the user during a character's play cycle.

I trust Bioware more then any other company when it comes to making worth while RPG's, be that single player or MMO.

Mesmer you haven't really researched SW:TOR much have you ? I don't mean that in an inflamitory way, just an observation.

I played WOW at the highest level (if there is such a thing) for a couple years. WOW is possibly one of the easiest games ever designed. Which appealed perfectly to the EQ refugee's and the console kiddies that were reaching their late teens and early 20's (Me).

SW:TOR won't kill WoW, WoW is too entrenched in the MMO community. I do think BioWare can make a game with a LOT more depth and story. I HOPE they can make a world where changes happen and the story is constantly updating.

No I really haven't, tbh. I've played the living hell out of WoW as well. Everything I've seen made it look like they're trying to make WoW with Star Wars. Maybe it's just because it's an MMO. But as a person who loves almost anything Bioware makes, I was really looking foward to seeing what they could come up with. I guess it just didn't seem refreshing enough to me.
