No if you did a hardware modification, and they detect it, your console serial number is banned, so you can never use that console again. They only ban your GT if it's something like credit card fraud or violation of user policies or something.

My girlfriend just saw the airport video and was pissed she said that was terrible and they should be ashamed (the developers) and me....I'm not hell I fuged a ***** on GTA and unloaded my clip in her and took my money back.

Well guys, I got banned yesterday.....lol. M$ seems to have stepped their game up. Ill be back though. You can only hold down a good pirate for so long. Apparently they have banned a ton of people. Oh, and it is a console ban, not just your GT. I was wrong. :-(
